I was requested to participate in the Philadelphia Gift Show's "Learn From The Experts: Retail Roundtable Discussion" next Sunday. The program will be moderated by the editor of Smart Retailer magazine, Susan Wagner. Cool, right?!
Excited to hear how other retailers use social media to promote their businesses and, more importantly, establish and maintain relationships with their customers.
